iHomework

With exam time just around the corner, students form all corners of the globe are stressing to their eyeballs with the heavy workload they have inherited.

But rest assured, iPhone has just the application for you!

iHomework is a great calendar-like feature which will ensure you don’t find yourself sitting at the dinner table, kicking your feet up on the couch when you realize you have an assignment due the next morning.

The new app categorizes users assignments on a course-based system as well as by their due dates. For each course, a name, teacher’s name, a location, time, website, and grading options for each assignment can be noted.

A great feature of iHomework is the weighting of marks it applies to each assignment in that it gives priority to pieces of work with a higher percentage of your overall final grade.

When viewing assignments, you can sort them by day, week, or by course. There’s a color-coding system, too, and while it’s initially set to color based on deadlines, you can change this in the Settings app so that your assignments are colored based on type.

The interface of the application is user friendly and good on the eye. By tapping on each assignment users can view each due piece of work in more detail and edit its information.

Some users have criticized the application or being too simple and just a glorified version of a calendar, but to be honest, that’s what’s good about it.

Users want to be able to keep up to date with their homework as quickly and easily as possible. The more advanced you make the app, the more chance you have of overlooking, or missing an assignment due to a technical error.

iHomework is a great application for anyone who needs help juggling their growing stack of assignments and for just 99 cents, you can’t go wrong.
